Acid Alkaline pH Balance?

I've been looking in to the foods I've learned I'm supposed to eat and those I'm not supposed to eat, identified by my own body's muscle response.  Now the questions become "why lime but not lemon?"  "Why tangerine but not orange?" and so forth.  I was wondering if there was a difference in the alkaline yeilding nature versus acidic........?  In doing research I found a very common sense article that helps us maintain balance in our diets and doesn't promote imbalance.  Check it out.  I found it at http://nourishedmagazine.com.au/blog/articles/the-acid-alkaline-theory

Radioactivity and Lipidema (Lipedema)

If you haven't paid attention to the nuclear reactor crisis in Japan, you might want to start.  With geysers of radioactive steam spewing daily into our air, and with tons of radioactive waste pouring into the world's oceans every day, your body is being subjected to the consequences of that already.  Protect your thyroid.  Use some kelp tablets, eat uncontaminated seaweed, take a lab test from your doctor to determine your iodine levels so that you can protect your thyroid.  Our symptoms are strange enough, masquerading as other conditions, and we don't need hyper--or hypo--thyroidism added to the mix.

Food Storage for Lipidema (Lipedema)

Absolutely, hands-down, gotta try it---------if you have not discovered freeze-dried foods for food storage and everyday eating, I'm sorry.  These are truly a blessing for our time and for our lifestyle and for our health needs in this increasingly strange world.  If everyone would eat these instead of the processed under-nourishing foods, we'd all be much healthier.  And it solves lots of food storage problems.  TRY IT !
