I've been looking in to the foods I've learned I'm supposed to eat and those I'm not supposed to eat, identified by my own body's muscle response. Now the questions become "why lime but not lemon?" "Why tangerine but not orange?" and so forth. I was wondering if there was a difference in the alkaline yeilding nature versus acidic........? In doing research I found a very common sense article that helps us maintain balance in our diets and doesn't promote imbalance. Check it out.
