I know that a very soft and mild manual lymph drainage is recommended by most people writing about lipedema or lymphatic conditions. For me, I don't get the benefit I need from overly gentle massage, as my fat pockets are deep and would not be affected by only mild stimulation. Am I the only one? For those deep aches, I need deep massage. Is there a technique out there that blends both? I read someone's blog that mentioned a technique but didn't name it in a way I could research. I'm interested to hear what others have discovered.

This blog is NOT ABOUT fad diets, liposuction, compression or surgery. I am not a doctor. The average doctors don't even know what lipidema is. So I will share what I've learned from experience and from decades of research to give hope to those who feel hopeless and see if we can cure the supposedly "incurable".
