Natural helps for lipedema? I'm making progress!

I finally have hope that I'm moving in the right direction in finding my own cure for my symptoms of lipedema.  For three years I have been doing exhaustive research on natural/complementary healing resources and methods.  Combining a few of these is turning out to be very beneficial.  I've learned that my symptoms are my best friends because they point to the cause of my imbalance or dis-ease, whether that imbalance or blockage comes from structural, nervous, organic, circulatory problems or even from negative emotions blocking my ability to heal.  I love essential oils, reflexology, massage therapy and giving my negative emotions to the Savior.  I don't care if it sounds weird, it works!

Lifelong Vitality Pack: Does it actually work?

For months I've been taking my temperature, which is quite erratic and always too low.  No matter what I've tried, I have not found any way at all to sustain a higher body temperature for any length of time.  So when I was feeling abnormally warm for the past couple of days--not from outside but from inside--I had to think what I'd done differently.
At a retreat where I was studying the benefits of essential oils in natural health, there were samples

Acid Alkaline pH Balance?

I've been looking in to the foods I've learned I'm supposed to eat and those I'm not supposed to eat, identified by my own body's muscle response.  Now the questions become "why lime but not lemon?"  "Why tangerine but not orange?" and so forth.  I was wondering if there was a difference in the alkaline yeilding nature versus acidic........?  In doing research I found a very common sense article that helps us maintain balance in our diets and doesn't promote imbalance.  Check it out.  I found it at http://nourishedmagazine.com.au/blog/articles/the-acid-alkaline-theory

Radioactivity and Lipidema (Lipedema)

If you haven't paid attention to the nuclear reactor crisis in Japan, you might want to start.  With geysers of radioactive steam spewing daily into our air, and with tons of radioactive waste pouring into the world's oceans every day, your body is being subjected to the consequences of that already.  Protect your thyroid.  Use some kelp tablets, eat uncontaminated seaweed, take a lab test from your doctor to determine your iodine levels so that you can protect your thyroid.  Our symptoms are strange enough, masquerading as other conditions, and we don't need hyper--or hypo--thyroidism added to the mix.

Food Storage for Lipidema (Lipedema)

Absolutely, hands-down, gotta try it---------if you have not discovered freeze-dried foods for food storage and everyday eating, I'm sorry.  These are truly a blessing for our time and for our lifestyle and for our health needs in this increasingly strange world.  If everyone would eat these instead of the processed under-nourishing foods, we'd all be much healthier.  And it solves lots of food storage problems.  TRY IT !

As promised, here's my weight loss tool. Try this!

OK, I promised to share the tool I have found that is helping me lose weight despite the doctors' prognosis that for me it would be impossible.  It's one of those things I'd never heard of, but now that I practice it daily and teach it to my family and to my customers at Be Ready Inc, I'm finding several people who also use it at work, at home, and among their associates.
It's simply this:  YOUR BODY WANTS TO HEAL, IT KNOWS WHAT IS GOOD FOR IT AND WHAT IS HARMING IT, even if it's foods you eat every day and love.  If we're not listening, or feeling the message, we can SEE it easily with this tool.  Once you know what you're eating that is keeping you from healing, you can eliminate those things for a month to give your system a rest.  Then try only having a small amount of those things maybe once a week if you truly love them, instead of every day, or eliminating them altogether.  So what's this simple, fun and amazing tool?  Try this:

The Body Knows : A Helpful Book I'd like to recommend

Garage sales again.  You're seeing a pattern here.  I go with a prayer in my heart that I can find what I need or that someone I know needs--sometimes I know specifically what I'm looking for, but sometimes I don't.  The past 3 times I've gone, I've come back with 2 more absolutely wonderful books on health, nutrition, herbs, essential oils, taking charge of our own health and alternative health options (apparently that's what I need).  The ordinary dull repetitive books I leave there, but the best come home with me.  And I've found another one.  It's called The Body Knows: How to tune in to your body and improve your health-- by Caroline M. Sutherland, published by Hay House.  I've been earmarking
